In short

  • The full product for one event of up to 1,000 people, held before 31 March 2027, including setup with you and a contact on event day.
  • We ask for twenty minutes of honest feedback and, if it went well, permission to quote you — with your sign-off on the exact words.
  • No card, no contract, no obligation to continue. Your data stays yours and is exportable before, during and after.
  • Early-access software: we tell you plainly what is not ready, and we will not knowingly let you run on something we think is not.

Contents

1. Who it is for

Any organization — school, congregation, nonprofit, volunteer network, club, league, company — with a real event taking place before 31 March 2027. We choose a limited number for variety and may decline without giving a reason; if we do, we will say so within one business day.

2. What is included

  • A workspace on the EntryWick platform with every Growth-plan feature, plus the Scale features your event needs, for the one event.
  • One event of up to 1,000 active attendees. Larger events are possible by agreement.
  • Setup done with you: template import, groups, form and email wording, check-in points and hours, branding, and a custom domain if you have one.
  • The scanner on as many phones as you need; print sheets for anyone without email.
  • An EntryWick person reachable from first scan to last on event day, and by email throughout.
  • Reports, every CSV, and a full export of your data.

3. What is not included

  • Paid tickets run through your Stripe account; Stripe's processing fees are yours. EntryWick charges no platform fee during the pilot.
  • SMS costs, if you choose to send texts, are passed through at cost.
  • Hardware. Staff use their own phones; a kiosk tablet, if wanted, is yours.
  • On-site presence. We are on the line, not in the room, unless agreed separately.

4. What we ask

  • A 20-minute call before, and 20 minutes of honest feedback after.
  • Permission to describe the event and quote you — only with your written approval of the exact words and any photo, and withdrawable at any time.
  • That you tell us promptly about anything that goes wrong, so we can fix it for you and for the next organization.

5. Your data

The Privacy policy and Data processing terms apply in full. Your workspace and data stay after the pilot; you can export everything at any time, and delete the organization if you wish. We do not use your registrants' data for anything but your event.

6. Early-access software

EntryWick is in active development. Before your event we will list in writing anything relevant to it that is not finished, and agree a fallback (print sheets exist for every event). We will not knowingly let you run an event on something we believe is not ready, and you may withdraw at any time before your event with no obligation.

7. Afterwards

Nothing is deleted when the pilot ends. From January 2027 you may choose a plan, including Free where the event fits it, or do nothing and keep your data for export. There is no obligation to continue and no fee for having taken part.

8. Liability

The pilot is free and provided as-is; the liability section of the Terms of use applies. We carry out the setup with care and are on the line on the day; the Organization remains responsible for its event and its decisions about who is admitted.
