Staff always see how many scans are waiting to upload. Scans stay on the phone until they are safely sent.
Reconnect and upload
Scans go up oldest first. A duplicate from another gate shows under Corrections and is never rewritten.

Open the scanner
Staff open entrywick.app on their own phone and type a pairing code. No app store, no account, no sign-in.
Scan the ticket
Every result shows as a colour, a large icon and a word, with one sentence of detail. It also works with hardware scanners.
Keep moving
Pre-checks and zones are available from the Growth plan. Print sheets exist for every event as a fallback.
