Build the form: per-person questions, guardian rules, and conditions that show only what applies.

Every person gets a ticket with a code that never changes. Send it by email, print it, or add it to a wallet.

Groups, households and chaperones stay attached to each person, so a leader sees their own people.

Staff scan on their own phones. The gate keeps working when the network drops.

Watch arrivals per gate and group as they happen. The same numbers are the report afterwards.
