In short

  • We are working to WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this website, the admin, public event pages and the scanner.
  • This site has an accessibility panel (footer → Accessibility center) for text size, contrast, spacing, motion and more; preferences stay on your device.
  • Scanner results never rely on colour alone: a big icon and a word accompany every result.
  • If something is in your way, tell us and we will fix it or give you another way to do the same thing.

Contents

1. Our commitment

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, self-assessed on 21 October 2026; an external audit is planned before early access opens. Where we fall short we say so here and give a date or a workaround.

2. This website

  • Keyboard navigation for every control, visible focus, a skip link, and headings in order.
  • An accessibility panel for text size, contrast, letter and line spacing, link underlining, reduced motion, readable font, a reading guide and more. Preferences are stored on your device only.
  • Respects your operating system's reduced-motion and colour-scheme settings.
  • Illustrations in the guides are drawn SVGs named for assistive technology; fuller text alternatives are being added, and every step is also written out in text.

3. The EntryWick product

  • Public event pages and registration forms are built for phones first, with labelled fields, clear error messages and no time limits.
  • The scanner shows every result as colour and a large icon and a word, with one-sentence detail; it works with hardware scanners and screen readers.
  • The admin is built on a component library with keyboard and screen-reader support.
  • Organizations can offer registration in English, Spanish, French and Brazilian Portuguese.

4. Known limitations

  • The home page's illustration is decorative art with a text alternative; the information it depicts is repeated in text on the page.
  • Some third-party embeds in the admin (payment forms provided by the payment processor) are governed by their own accessibility statements.
  • Print sheets and badges are PDFs laid out for printing; the same information is available as accessible lists in the admin.

5. Tell us about a barrier

Email hello@entrywick.com with the page or screen and what happened. We acknowledge within two business days, fix what we can quickly, and otherwise give you another way to do the same thing while we work on it.
